Those with the AHWD® certification have been professionally trained in and are sensitive to a wide range of cultural issues inviting a wider volume of business from a greater variety of cultures.

e-PRO® is a revolutionary training program presented entirely online to certify real estate agents as Internet Professionals. The National Association of REALTORS® is the first major trade group to offer certification for online professionalism.

The GRI designation is earned by completing a national program of specialized and advanced education for the licensed REALTOR®. It involves intense study, covering many special aspects of real estate such as residential marketing, cost basis, appreciation methods, investment real estate, construction, real estate tax concepts, exchanges, capital gains, and various types of mortgage programs. This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program.

The Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) is an education-based certification program, launched in 2006, by the National Association of REALTORS® to better serve the growing second-home and resort real estate market and now has over 1000 elite members. It allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in resort and second-homes to assist them with their search.

REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, limit risk, and provides resources to stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves.

Workforce Housing Certified (WHC) REALTORS® are specially trained to receive customer inquiries on workforce and affordable housing finance programs for selected jurisdictions.
